Please note-
.925 silver is not 100% solid silver. If so, it would not be workable so to speak.
Sterling silver is 92.5% silver, the other 7.5% is copper; pure silver is too soft for jewelry. What you are experiencing is oxidation that happens when coming into contact such as natural skin oils/acids/sweat speed up that process.

Please be sure you are properly caring for your pieces. Such as making sure the piece is being cleaned with a anti tarnishing (polishing cloth) and being stored in a cool dry area (in a bag or box). If you live in a high humid area, pieces are subjected to higher speed of oxidation. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.
